I. Duration of Gameplay

The game is to be open until a closing time is announced at a later date. Updates to the game duration will be relayed via the User's email.

Claims may also be no longer accepted in the event each unique claim is taken.

II. Entering Claims

All unique claims registered by the User are counted as an additional claim for this User and is included with the list of total claims.

Users are limited to any new claims for three (3) hours for every five (5) claims they submit.

III. Disqualification

Numblet has the right to suspend any accounts affiliated with a User that is deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

IV. Cheating and Malicious Acts

Any form of cheating, hacking, or other means to obtain an otherwise unfair advantage as deemed by Numblet is strictly forbidden.

The use of multiple accounts by the same User or automated tools to perform actions anywhere on the site is strictly forbidden.

V. User-Generated Content

Content created within the User's profile page, including biographies, display names, usernames, and social media links, must be free of any content that is malicious, gore, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise illegal in any sense.

Illegal or malicious content may be referred to law enforcement where required by law.

VI. Modification of Gameplay

Numblet has the rights to cancel, suspend, or modify the gameplay or any of the conditions outlined in cases of fraud, technical error, or other unforseen circumstances.
